Living Waters Pastoral Counseling Center, LLC provides faith-based spiritual care, Christian mentoring, prayer support, discipleship, spiritual guidance, ministry services, and spiritual counseling services offered by ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

All services provided are religious and ministerial in nature and are intended for spiritual encouragement, personal growth, emotional support, biblical guidance, and faith-centered care.

 

Services may include:

• Spiritual counseling

• Christian mentoring

• Prayer support

• Faith-based life guidance

• Biblical encouragement

• Ministry education

• Online content and resources

• Virtual or in-person spiritual care sessions
   

2. No Licensed Mental Health or Clinical Services

Services offered through this website and ministry are unlicensed spiritual care services and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or licensed counseling services.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing:

• Providers are acting solely in their capacity as ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Providers are not acting as licensed mental health counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical social workers, or licensed pastoral counselors.

• No therapist-client, physician-patient, or licensed counselor-client relationship is created.

The services provided are not intended to:

• diagnose mental illness,

• provide psychotherapy,

• treat psychological disorders,

• provide medical advice,

• or replace licensed professional care.

You acknowledge and agree that spiritual care services are not a substitute for:

• mental health counseling,

• licensed pastoral counseling,

• psychiatric treatment,

• medical treatment,

• crisis intervention,

• or emergency services.
   

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, psychiatric symptoms, abuse, trauma-related crises, or medical emergencies, you should immediately contact a licensed healthcare provider, mental health professional, emergency services, or call 911.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in ministry services is entirely voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily seeking faith-based spiritual support.

• You understand the religious nature of the services being offered.

• You assume responsibility for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.

No guarantees are made regarding spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from participation in services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in services unless parental or guardian consent is legally permitted and provided where applicable.

By using this website, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into agreements;

• All information provided is accurate and truthful;

• You will use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.

 

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments, consultations, classes, mentoring sessions, and spiritual care services may be offered:

7. Love Offerings and Ministry Contributions

Certain services provided through Living Waters Pastoral Counseling Center, LLC may be offered in exchange for a suggested “love offering,” ministry contribution, donation, or honorarium.
 

A “love offering” does not necessarily mean that services are free of charge. Suggested contribution amounts may be communicated in advance for scheduled services, ministry sessions, events, educational programs, or spiritual care support.
 

Unless otherwise stated:

• contributions help support ministry operations, outreach efforts, administrative expenses, and continued availability of services;

• payments or contributions may be requested prior to scheduling or participation;

• and voluntary contributions made for completed services, digital products, or ministry events are generally non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue services for nonpayment where applicable.

No person will be denied reasonable access to spiritual support solely due to financial hardship when ministry resources reasonably allow accommodation at our discretion.

8. Confidentiality and Communication Limitations

Reasonable efforts will be made to respect the privacy of communications and information shared during ministry interactions. However, you acknowledge and understand that:

• electronic communications may not be completely secure,

• confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed online,

Information may be disclosed when:

Because services are religious and unlicensed in nature, legal privilege protections applicable to licensed mental health counseling may not apply.
